Registrants who are unable to attend the Conference will receive a refund on written cancellations received prior to February 1, 2017. Cancellations received between February 1 and February 21, 2017 will be subject to a $200 processing fee. Regrettably, no refunds will be granted after February 21, 2017. However, a substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant [or Conference materials will be sent in lieu of a refund after the Conference].
